Once the laboratory has completed testing, Universal Background Screening delivers results via its online management system directly to the employer.
Negative test results are typically available the next business day.
Positive tests are re-checked, and then the applicant is contacted to rule out any prescription drugs that may be responsible for the positive result.
This step provides the applicant the opportunity to confidentially review any pertinent medical information, without disclosing medical conditions to a potential employer.The oral test is just as effective and legal as a urine test.
